Any angle can ensure the same anchoring force.
The applicable conditions of the self-tapping extrusion screw-in anchor rod: collapsible loess, silt, loose rock and soil.
2. Self-tapping screw-in in the hole - the self-tapping screw-in anchor rod first drills a hole in the pre-drilled hole, and the anchor rod is driven by a drill rig. During the rotation process, the anchor rod is screwed into the borehole wall to play an anchoring role.
Self-drilling screw-in anchor rod
The drill rod is placed in the anchor rod body, and the anchor rod is installed while drilling. Drilling and installation are completed in one go, which is conducive to ensuring the reliability of anchoring and the construction speed is fast.
Applicable conditions: any stratum, especially suitable for soft and broken rock and soil.
Spin grouting anchor rod
Pre-drill a hole, screw the spin anchor rod into the drill hole, and use the hollow grouting of the rod body after installation. Part of the slurry fills the spin space along the spin wire, and part of the slurry penetrates into the rock body to reinforce the rock layer, so that the rock body is anchored and reinforced and grouted at the same time.
Applicable conditions: any stratum, especially suitable for spin grouting anchor rods for soft and broken rock and soil.
In complex soil layers, the anchor rod is screwed in and grouting is performed at the same time, so that the grouting is completed after the spin drilling and installation.
Spin resin anchor rod
Put the resin anchoring agent at the front end of the spin anchor rod. During the installation of the spin anchor rod, the resin is pressurized and stirred and squeezed so that the resin anchoring agent fills the spin wire. The anchoring agent and the spin wire play an anchoring role together.
