The casting production equipment consists of American Inducta medium frequency electric furnace, French technology fully automatic water cooling, hot film high-efficiency centrifuge, fully automatic core making machine, 60M continuous energy-saving annealing furnace, desktop energy-saving annealing furnace, German Cook robot, fully automatic finishing and coating line, intelligent program-controlled crane, etc. The entire production line is streamlined and intelligent.
The company's main products are ductile iron pipes of DN180-DN2600mm and supporting pipe fittings, rubber rings, manhole covers, manhole grates and high-end castings. It has an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of cast pipes and 130,000 tons of castings. The products are widely used in gas transmission, water supply, drainage, drainage, electricity and other projects, strictly following ISO2531-1998, GB/T13295-2019, GB/T26081-2010 and other standards, and can also be customized according to customer needs. The company has independent import and export rights and will meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets with high-quality product guarantees and considerate market services.
